通常cerium oxide nanoparticlesの水分散液は透明な黄緑色ですが、御社の製品であるcerium (IV) oxide, dispersion (643009)は不透明な白濁液です。可視光を遮断する為に白濁させている様ですが、何か保護剤は添加されておりますでしょうか?

No protective agents are added to block visible light. The off-white appearance is simply due to the dispersion of the Cerium(IV) Oxide nanopowder in the water.
