General description
Interleukin-3 (IL-3) is a species-specific colony-stimulating factor that stimulates colony formation of megakaryocytes, neutrophils, and macrophages from bone marrow cultures. Recombinant rat IL-3 is a 15.8 kDa protein.
Physical form
Sterile filtered and lyophilized from 5 mM sodium citrate, pH 4.0.
Reconstitution
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 μg/μL. The solution can be diluted into other aqueous buffers.

Abl interactor (Abi) 1 was first identified as the downstream target of Abl tyrosine kinases and was found to be dysregulated in leukemic cells expressing oncogenic Bcr-Abl and v-Abl. Although the accumulating evidence supports a role of Abi1 in actin

Toll-like receptors are sensing modulators of the innate immune system. One member of this protein family, Toll-like receptor (TLR)-9, is increasingly being investigated as therapeutic target for infectious diseases and cancer. Double-Stem Loop ImmunoModulator (dSLIM) is a new TLR-9 agonist

Reciprocal interactions between tumor cells and their microenvironment vitally impact tumor progression. In this study, we show that GM-CSF produced by primary breast tumor cells induced the activation of plasmacytoid predendritic cells (pDC), a cell type critical to anti-viral immunity.

Treatment with erythropoietin (EPO) in several cancers is associated with decreased survival due to cancer progression. Due to the major importance of telomerase in cancer biology we hypothesized that some of these effects may be mediated through EPO effect on

Plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) are professional type I interferon (IFN)-producing cells that play an essential role in antiviral immunity. In many cell types, detection of intracellular pathogens is mostly dependent on endosomal Toll-like receptors (TLRs) and cytosolic sensors, such as
