Vestigial like family member 1 (VGLL1) is a transcriptional coactivator which is related to the Drosophila transcriptional co-activator Vg. The gene encoding it is localized on human chromosome Xq26.3.

Vestigial like family member 1 (VGLL1) may function as a coactivator for TEA domain family of transcription factors (TEFs). It has been associated with breast cancer.
