General description
A vent filter is used to filter air entering the water reservoir. As the reservoir is emptied of water, the air entering the system passes through the filter.
The vent filters contain a combination of purification media carefully selected to remove airborne contaminants that could lower the quality of the stored pure water.
The filter′s cartridges are made of polypropylene, polyethersulfone (PES) and styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN). The cartridges are carefully assembled following a dichloromethane (DCM)-free process.
The vent filter is replaced once a year for optimal results.
For use with 30/60/100 L PE tanks fed by Elix® Type 2 pure water produced by AFS® Essential and Elix® Advantage/Essential/Reference systems.
