Application

Used for the study of yeasts and bacteria in brewing and fermentation processes.

Preparation Note

Suspend 80g in 1 litre demineralised water. Boil whilst stirring until completely dissolved. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C, mix well and pour plates.
