Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against bovine IgA. It detects serum IgA and recognises a determinant on the heavy chain and not the secretory component.

Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells may require mouse macrophage feeder cells upon resuscitation.
