General description

Acculong DNA Polymerase has improved abilities of long fragment amplification, amplification specificity, and amplification yield with the addition of unique elongation factors, specific promotion factors and plateau release inhibitors.
This DNA Polymerase proves to be greatly effective with both simple and complex templates.
For simple templates, it can amplify fragments up to 40 kb. For complex templates, it can amplify fragments up to 20 kb; using cDNA templates, it can effectively amplify fragments up to 10 kb.
Acculong DNA Polymerase also has good resistance to PCR inhibitors and can be used for direct PCR of bacteria, fungi, plant tissues, animal tissues or whole blood samples.

Features and Benefits

Acculong DNA Polymerase has the following advantages:

  • High Fidelity: 52 times that of Taq Polymerase and 6 times that of Pfu DNA polymerase.
  • Increased Speed: Amplification speed is 4-150 times more than conventional polymerases.
  • Optimized buffer system applicable to a wide range of templates.
  • Time Saver: Ready-to-use premix thereby reducing experimental steps.
