Odd-skipped-related protein 1 (OSR1) is expressed during the beginning stages of embryogenesis in the intermediate mesoderm and in patterns during limb and branchial arch development. It has been shown that OSR1 plays a critical part in creating kidney precursor cells and regulating differentiation into kidney tubular tissue. OSR1 may play a role in limiting endoderm differentiation from mesendoderm. Expression of OSR1 is controlled by Runx2 and Ikzf1 and is key in development of embryonic, heart and urogenital tissue.

Other homologies: Rat (96% sequence homology).
Immunogen
GST-tagged recombinant protein corresponding to human OSR1.
Application
Detect the OSR1 protein using this Anti-OSR1 validated for use in WB.
