[Overall and separate clearance--renography with and without captopril].

The present work briefly describes the radionuclide renal functional tests available for the work up of adult hypertensive patients. The use and specific indications of the different techniques and radiopharmaceuticals are reviewed and summarized. A special attention is given to captopril enhanced renograms: these non invasive procedures contribute to the diagnosis of renovascular hypertension.
