Application

Konzentrierter MEM-Aminosäuren (50x)-Lösungszusatz fügt Nährstoffe hinzu und reduziert die biosynthetische Belastung der Zelle in vitro. Er wird in In-vitro-Kulturen, Cokulturen und Inkubationsmedien verwendet.
Preparation Note
Dieses Produkt kann bei Lichtexposition eine gelbe Tönung aufweisen. Dies ist auf das Vorhandensein des Aminosäuren-Tryosins und -Tryptophans in der Lösung zurückzuführen. Die Farbveränderung in der flüssigen Lösung hat keine Auswirkungen auf die Qualität oder Integrität des Produkts. Product M5550, MEM Amino Acids (50X) has a specification as a clear solution. This product can have a slight precipitate that forms at 2-8°C. This precipitate will disappear when warmed to room temperature or when diluted to 1X. There is no affect on the product quality.
