General description

LUMITRAC^™ 600 96W Microplate, well working volume 25-340 μL; total well volume 392 μL.

Polystyrene Multiwell plates from Greiner for immunoassay and high throughput screening applications. High binding plates are recommended for ELISAs. High binding denotes a binding capacity of 600 ng/cm² and scatter of less than 10%. Optimal protein binding is variable and comparative tests between high and medium binding plates is suggested.

Application

White plates minimize cross talk in luminescence procedures. LUMITRAC 600 will bind up to 600 ng/cm². Suitable for cell work. Free of detectable DNase/RNase, human DNA and pyrogens
