D-Fructose-6-phosphat (F6P) ist ein Zuckerzwischenprodukt des glykolytischen Signalwegs, das zur Identifizierung, Differenzierung und Charakterisierung von Enzymen wie Phosphofructokinase(n), pyrophosphatabhängigen Fructose-6-phosphat-1-phosphotransferase(n), D-Fructose-6-phosphat-Aldolase(n), Glutamin:Fructose-6-phosphat-Amidotransferase(n) und Glucosamin-6P-Synthase(n) verwendet werden kann.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Fructose-6-phosphat ist ein glykolytisches Zwischenprodukt, das durch die Isomerisierung von Glucose-6-phosphat mittels Phosphoglucoisomerase erzeugt wird.
