Application

Dexamethasone 21-acetate has been used:

• as a component of the induction medium for the treatment of mice preadipocytes (5A) cells
• as a synthetic glucocorticoid to study its effects on the expression of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) and peroxiredoxin 6 (Prdx6) proteins in placentas of human and mice
• as a component of the complete medium for the culturing of porcine hepatocytes
