The cell line COR-L321 was established from a 58 year old female patient after chemotherapy.

Preparation Note

Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂;37°C. Cells grow slow and in large aggregates.

RPMI 1640 +2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
