The hybridoma cell line OX-85 secretes monoclonal IgG1 (kappa) antibodies reactive with rat L-selectin.

Preparation Note

RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Seed at 5x10,000 cells/ml. Subculture when cells reach 5x100,000 cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days); 5% CO₂; 37°C
