Mouse NS1/1 x Mouse BALB/c spleen

The antibody recognises the human leukocyte common antigen which is found on cells from spleen, lymph nodes, 83% bone marrow cells and granulocytes. The antigen recognised by F10-89-4 is a glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 190kDa to 215kDa.

Preparation Note

Maintain cultures between 2-5x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder cells upon resuscitation

RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
