General description

Phosphoglycerate kinase 1 (PGK1) is an enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of 1,3-diphosphoglycerate to 3-phosphoglycerate during glycolysis. PGK1 expression has been correlated to CXCR4 expression, survival and bone marrow metastasis in neuroblastoma patients[1].
Rabbit Anti-PGK1 antibody recognizes bovine, human, mouse, rat, and canine PGK1.

Application

Rabbit Anti-PGK1 antibody has been used as a loading control in immunoblotting assays. The product is suitable at a concentration of 0.5μg/ml for western blots.
