Application

Plate-Count-Agar wird empfohlen für Auszählung von Mikrooranismen in Nahrungsmitteln, Milchprodukten, Trinkwasser und Abwasser. Diese Formulierung wird von der APHA, FDA, GB und dem ISO Komitee empfohlen.

Preparation Note

Suspend 23.5 g in 1 litre distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilise by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 min.
