Das Assurance^® GDS Shiga-Toxin-Gene (O157) Tq ist ein automatisiertes Nukleinsäurenamplifikationssystem für den Nachweis von Shiga-Toxin produzierenden E. coli O157:H7. Der Shiga-Toxin-Gene (O157) Assay ist zur Verwendung in Verbindung mit dem Assurance^® GDS E. coli O157:H7 Tq Assay zum Nachweis von Shiga-Toxin-Genen (stx1 und stx2) in mutmaßlich positiven Proben von E. coli O157:H7 bestimmt.

Assurance^® GDS Shiga-Toxin-Gene (O157) Tq ist für den Nachweis von Shiga-Toxin produzierenden E. coli O157:H7 in Lebensmitteln, Zutaten und Umweltproben geeignet.

PCR, Immunomagnetische Separation (IMS)

Features and Benefits

• Sequenzieller Ansatz zum Nachweis von Top STEC. Nach der Probenvorbereitung mit IMS gegen die Top-6- oder Top-7-O-Gruppen werden die Proben mit dem GDS-Top-6- oder GDS-Top-7-STEC(eae)-Assay auf das Vorhandensein von eae untersucht. Positive Proben werden anschließend mit dem Assurance^® GDS Shiga-Toxin-Gene (Top 6 oder Top 7) Assay auf Shiga-Toxin-Gene untersucht.
• Positive Assurance^® GDS-Proben von E. coli O157:H7 können mit dem Assurance^® GDS Shiga-Toxin-Gene (O157) Assay bestätigt werden.
• Einstufige 10–18-stündige Anreicherung in mEHEC; Anreicherungsmedien, die allen BioControl-Methoden für E. coli O157:H7, Shiga-Toxin-Gene und Top STEC gemeinsam sind.
