Application

Ein klassisches Flüssigmedium empfohlen für den Methylrot und Voges-Proskauer Test für die Differenzierung innerhalb der Coli-Aerogenes-Gruppe gemäss ISO Standard 6579 und 6585 und FIL-IDF 93 Standard.

Preparation Note

Dissolve 17 g of in 1 litre of distilled water. Mix well, distribute into test tubes in amounts of 10 ml and sterilise by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
