Application

Patulinlösung kann als analytischer Referenzstandard zur Bestimmung des Analyten in folgenden Proben verwendet werden:

• Untersuchung von getrockneten Apfelringen mittels Hochleistungsflüssigkeitschromatographie mit Diodenarray-Detektion (HPLC-DAD)(1)
• Untersuchung von Fruchtsäften mittels Hochleistungsflüssigkeitschromatographie mit Diodenarray-Detektion (HPLC-DAD) und mittels Gaschromatographie, gekoppelt an Massenspektrometrie (GC-MS)(2)
