General description
Die Polyvinylidenfluorid(PVDV)-Membranplatten werden anstelle von Zellulosemischesterprodukten empfohlen, da sie eine leicht verbesserte Bindung von ersten Antikörpern sowie eine bessere Leistung bei der Tüpfelanalyse – vor allem bei fluoreszierenden Anwendungen – aufweisen.
Application
MultiScreen® HTS IP-Filterplatten, 0,45 μm, weiß, steril, werden in ELISpot-Assays (Enzyme-linked Immuno Spot Assays) wie folgt verwendet:
- für dsDNA-produzierende Plasmazellen[1]
- für B-Gedächtniszellen sowie im Knochenmark befindliche langlebige Plasmazellen[2]
- zur Drainage von Lymphknoten- und Milzzellen
