General description

MultiScreen^® HTS-Platten sind speziell für den Hochdurchsatzgebrauch mit automatisierten Arbeitsstationen konzipiert. Starre Seitenwände erleichtern die Handhabung und die Platten bieten ausreichend Platz für Barcode-Etiketten. Die Wells sind einzeln versiegelt, um eine Kreuzkontamination bei der Inkubation zu vermeiden, und die Drainage kann abgenommen werden, um Zugang zu den Filtern zu erhalten. Die Filterplatten sind als 96- und 384-Well-Mikrotiterplattformen mit einer breiten Auswahl an Membranen und Kunststoffmaterialien erhältlich.

Application

MultiScreen^® HTS GV Filterplatten, 0,22 μm, opak, nicht steril, werden in Luciferase-Immunpräzipitationsystem(LIPS)-Assays verwendet.
