Preparation Note

Sterilization Method
150 (100 in Fließrichtung/50 gegen die Fließrichtung) In-situ-Dampfsterilisationszyklen von 30 min bei 145 °C

Bacterial Retention
Quantitative Rückhaltung von Brevundimonas diminuta bei einer Mindestbeaufschlagung von 1 x 10⁷ KBE/cm² unter Anwendung der ASTM® F838-Methode.
HydroCorr: ≤2.3 mL/min @ 2.6 bar (38 psig) per 30 in cartridge
Gravimetric Extractables: after 24 hours in a 70/30% IPA/water mixture at controlled room temperature
