Beschreibung

General description

Eine zellpermeable Imidazopyrimidinverbindung, die als potenter, ATP-kompetitiver, reversibler und hochselektiver Inhibitor der Syk-Tyrosinkinase-Aktivität (IC₅₀ = 10 nM) wirkt und selbst bei Konzentrationen von bis zu 4,7 µM keine hemmende Wirkung auf Btk, Fyn, Itk, Lyn und Src hat. Es wurde gezeigt, dass es Syk-vermittelte zelluläre Funktionen in vitro hemmt und eine gute orale Bioverfügbarkeit und In-vivo-Wirksamkeit bei der Behandlung verschiedener Allergie- und Asthmaerkrankungen in Rattenmodellen aufweist.
