Beschreibung

General description

Eine zellpermeable 7-Aza-8-Hydroxychinolin-Verbindung, die als potenter, auf die katalytische Stelle ausgerichteter Inhibitor der Protein-Tyrosin-Phosphatasen SHP-1 und SHP-2 wirkt (IC₅₀ = 355 nM bzw. 318 nM). Es hemmt PTP1B und HePTP mit geringerer Potenz (IC₅₀ = 1,69 µM bzw. 7,75 µM) und weist >200-fache Selektivität gegenüber DEP1, CD45 und LAR auf. Es wurde gezeigt, dass es sowohl die basale als auch die stimulierte SHP-2-Aktivität in HEK293-Zellen hemmt.
