Ein zellpermeabler selektiver Inhibitor der cAMP-spezifischen Phosphodiesterase (PDE IV; IC₅₀ = 2 µ;M). Hemmt die Superoxidgenerierung und die durch Arachidonsäure induzierte Plättchenaggregation. Hemmt auch die fMLP-induzierte Adhäsion an das vaskuläre Endothel.
