Beschreibung

General description

Hochreine Präparation einer veränderten Form des human PAI-1, enthält vier mutierte Aminosäuren. Mutant PAI-1 kann praktisch nicht latent werden und ist bei hohen Temperaturen und pH-Werten langzeitig haltbar (Zeit_½ = 145 Stunden bei 37 °C, pH 7,4). Hemmt uPA (K_i = 5,1 x 10⁶ M^-1 sec^-1) und tPA (K_i = 7,9 x 10⁵ M^-1 sec^-1).
