Full-length, recombinant, human phosphodiesterase 4A4 (accession no. L20965) fused at the N-terminuse to a His•Tag sequence and expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. Supplied as a partially purified, catalytically active preparation.
