Beschreibung

General description

Extrem potenter und selektiver, irreversibler Thrombin-Inhibitor (K_obs/[I] = 10⁷M^-1S^-1). Reagiert mit Thrombin mit einer Stöchiometrie von 1:1. Kann ebenfalls zur Hemmung von Gewebe-Plasminogen-Aktivator (Faktor VIIa und Faktor XIa) verwendet werden. Auch als 25-mM-Lösung in H₂O (Katalog-Nr. 508773) erhältlich.

Preparation Note
