Eine zellpermeable Cinnamoyl-Verbindung, die reversibel die Efflux-Funktion von P-gp (P-Glycoprotein) hemmt und den MDR (Multiresistenz)-Phänotyp ohne bemerkbare Wirkung auf die Expression von P-gp umkehrt. Verstärkt nachweislich die von Paclitaxel (Katalog-Nr. <;A href="https://./?[islink]ViewProductDetail-BySKU&;#124;&;#124;SKU&;#124;EMD_BIO-580555&;#124;[/islink]">;580555<;/A>;) und Vincristin (Katalog-Nr. <;A href="https://./?[islink]ViewProductDetail-BySKU&;#124;&;#124;SKU&;#124;EMD_BIO-677181&;#124;[/islink]">;677181<;/A>;) induzierte Zytotoxizität sowie die Apoptose von P-gp-exprimierenden KBV20C-Zellen signifikant.
