Ein Stickstoffoxid(NO)-Donator Ein stabiler NO-Amin-Komplex, der unter physiologischen Bedingungen spontan zwei NO-Äquivalente in Lösung freisetzen kann, ohne dass ein Kofaktor benötigt wird. Die Halbwertszeit (t_½;) in PBS, pH 7,4, beträgt 93 Minuten bei 22 °;C. Relativ stabil in alkalischer Lösung (pH ≥; 10,0).

Preparation Note
