Beschreibung

General description

Potenter, reversibler und zellpermeabler Proteasom-Inhibitor (K_i = 4 nM). Reduziert den Abbau von Ubiquitin-konjugierten Proteinen in Säugetierzellen und permeablen Hefestämmen durch den 26S-Komplex ohne deren ATPase- oder Isopeptidase-Aktivitäten zu beeinflussen. Aktiviert die c-Jun N-terminale Kinase (JNK1) und hemmt die Aktivierung von NF-κB (IC₅₀ = 3 µM).
