Beschreibung

General description

Hinweis: 1 mU = 1 Millieinheit.

Natives pro-MMP-2 aus kultivierten, menschlichen rheumatoiden Synovialfibroblasten. Hochgereinigtes natives Enzym aus der Zellkultur. Wird von verschiedenen Zelltypen sezerniert. Liegt in einem stabilen, aber nicht kovalenten 1:1-Komplex mit TIMP-2 vor. Aktivierung muss vor der Verwendung erfolgen.

Physical form

In 200 mM NaCl, 50 mM Tris-HCl, 5 mM CaCl₂, 1 µM ZnCl₂, 0,05 % Brij^®-35-Detergens, 0,05 % NaN₃, pH 7,0.

Preparation Note

Hergestellt aus Kulturmedium menschlicher rheumatoider Synovialfibroblasten, das in zertifizierten Tests negativ für HBsAg und für Antikörper gegen HIV und HCV war.

Nach dem erstmaligen Auftauen in Aliquote aufteilen und einfrieren (-70 °;C).
