General description

Ein nichtsteroidales, entzündungshemmendes, zellpermeables Antipryetikum. Nicht selektiver COX-Inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 740 nM für COX-1; IC₅₀ = 970 nM für COX-2). Hemmt Phospholipase A₂ (IC₅₀ = 145 µ;M). Starker Inhibitor der Bildung von unlöslichen Transthyretin(TTR)-Amyloidfibrilen und unterdrückt die Produktion von Aβ;-Peptid und der sekretierten Form von APP durch Hemmung der APP-mRNA-Werte in NG108-15-Zellen.

Ein zellpermeables, nichtsteroidales, entzündungshemmendes Antipryetikum. Nicht selektiver Cyclooxygenase (COX)-Inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 740 nM für COX-1; IC₅₀ = 970 nM für COX-2). Hemmt Phospholipase A₂ (IC₅₀ = 145 µ;M). Reduziert Berichten zufolge die Aβ;₄₂-Werte unabhängig von der COX-Aktivität.
