Beschreibung

General description

Ein zellpermeabler, starker DNA-Topoisomerase-I-Inhibitor. Reduziert die DNA-Synthese in-vitro in murinen Hepatomzellen. Hemmt die Proliferation der Hepatomzellen HepG2, Bcl-7402 und Bcl-7404 auf dosisabhängige Weise. Hat eine selektiv hemmende Wirkung auf die Phosphorylierung der Histone H1 und H3, ist aber weniger wirksam bei anderen Histonen.
