Beschreibung

General description

Ein zellpermeabler, reversibler und mit ATP konkurrierender Inhibitor von Proteinkinase C-Kinase (PKC; IC₅₀ = 7,9 nM für Rattenhirn). Hemmt selektiv Ca²⁺-abhängiges PKC α;-Isozym (IC₅₀ = 2,3 nM) und PKC_β;I (IC₅₀ = 6,2 nM). Beeinflusst nicht die Aktivität der Ca²⁺-unabhängigen PKC δ;-, ε;- und ζ;-Isozyme, auch nicht auf mikromolarer Ebene. Berichten zufolge hemmt er PKC_µ; bei höheren Konzentrationen (IC₅₀ = 20 nM). A 500 µ;g/ml Lösung von Gö; 6976 ((Kat.-Nr. 365253<;/A>;) in wasserfreiem DMSO ist ebenfalls erhältlich.
