Anti-CD18, Maus, monoklonal, Klon IB4, erkennt die ~95-kDa-β2-Untereinheit von Integrin. Validiert für FC, IP, IHC an Schnellschnitten und Zellhemmungsassays.

Erkennt die ~95-kDa-β2-Untereinheit von Integrin. Blockiert die Bindung von ICAM-1 und ICAM-3 an LFA-1.

Blockiert die Bindung von ICAM-1 und ICAM-3 an LFA-1. FACS wurde an 5 x 10⁵ kultivierten humanen HPB-MLT-Zellen mit Anti-CD18-Antikörper zu 5 µg/ml und an FITC konjugiertem Anti-Maus-IgG der Ziege durchgeführt. Dieser Antikörper funktioniert Berichten zufolge auch in der Immunpräzipitation und mit Schnellschnitten. Mit den Assay-Bedingungen verbundene Variablen geben die korrekte Arbeitsverdünnung vor.
