Beschreibung

General description

Zellpermeables, antiproliferatives Mittel, das als Inhibitor von Poly(ADP-ribose)glycohydrolase (PARG) dient. Es weist eine minimale Wirkung auf die durch bakterielles Toxin vermittelte ADP-Ribosylierung auf. Ein Inhibitor der durch UV-Strahlung eingeleiteten Apoptose. Hemmt auch das Abtöten von K562-Zielzellen durch humane natürliche Effektor-Killerzellen stark.
