General description
Dieser Spectroquant® Reagenzientest für flüchtige organische Säuren ermöglicht eine genaue Bestimmung der Konzentration an niederen Fettsäuren (“flüchtigen organischen Säuren”) in wässrigen Proben.
Angewandtes Verfahren: In einem sauren Medium reagieren niedere Fettsäuren mit einem Diol und bilden Fettsäureester, die nachfolgend mit Hydroxylamin in Hydroxamsäuren umgewandelt werden. Diese reagieren wiederum mit Eisen(III)-Ionen und bilden rote Komplexe, die photometrisch bestimmt werden.
Die Spectroquant® Reagenzien-Testkits enthalten hoch stabile, gebrauchsfertige Reagenziengemische, um Analysen gemäß den im beiliegenden Anleitungsblatt beschriebenen Verfahren durchzuführen.
