Williams′ E medium is a rich medium developed by Williams′ and Gunn. It is recommended for supporting long-term adult liver epithelial cell culture.

Application

Williams′ E medium has been used in culturing mice/rat primary hepatocytes.

Quantity

Formulated to contain 10.8 grams of powder per liter of medium.

Reconstitution

Supplement with 2.2 g/L sodium bicarbonate.
