This product is supplied frozen and thawing should be performed gradually at 2–8°C (preferred) or at room temperature until completely thawed. After thawing, mix gently by inversion; avoid vigorous shaking. Store at 2–8°C and use within 2 weeks. Repeated freeze–thaw cycles are not recommended, as they may affect performance.
