NRK (nik related kinase) is a protein kinase belonging to the germinal center kinase family. It is predominantly expressed in skeletal muscle.

NRK (nik related kinase) is involved in the c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) activation-signaling pathway. It controls cofilin phosphorylation during actin cytoskeletal assembly of skeletal muscle cells.
