HiTrap Capto Phenyl ImpRes is prepacked with BioProcess Capto Phenyl ImpRes media for screening and small-scale protein purifications using hydrophobic interaction chromatography.
- High-throughput medium for intermediate and polishing protein purification, excellent choice for process-scale purification
- Columns for screening of selectivity, binding and elution conditions, as well as small scale purifications
- The combined properties of high binding capacity, high flow rate, and low back pressure reduces process cycle times and improves productivity at process scale
- Excellent chemical stability allows cleaning with all standard CIP solutions, including 1 M sodium hydroxide
