General description

Members in the TNF superfamily regulate immune responses and induce apoptosis. TACI (also known as Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 13B, transmembrane activator and CAML interactor, and CD267) binds BAFF and April and its ligands regulate humoral immune responses, activate NF-kB and c-Jun N-terminal kinase, and are involved in B cell associated autoimmune diseases.

KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human TACI.

Application

Detect TACI using this Anti-TACI Antibody validated for use in western blotting & ICC.

Immunocytochemistry Analysis: 2 μg/mL from a representative lot detected TACI in K562 cells.
