Biochem/physiol Actions

APX2009 is a cell penetrant potent and selective second-generation inhibitor of APE1 redox-signaling that stimulates APE1 DNA repair activity. APX2009 is neuroprotective against cisplatin and oxaliplatin induced toxicity. APX2009 exhibits potent antitumor activity in neuroblastoma cell lines and 3D spheroid pancreatic tumor model.
