General description

Anti-Angiopoietin-2, rabbit polyclonal, recognizes the ~55 kDa non-glycosylated and the ~70 kDa glycosylated, secreted Ang-2 protein. It is validated for ELISA, WB, IF, and IHC.
Immunoaffinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody. Recognizes both the ~55 kDa nonglycosylated and the ~70 kDa glycosylated forms of angiopoietin-2.
Recognizes both the ~55 kDa non-glycosylated and the ~70 kDa glycosylated, secreted Ang-2 protein in cell culture medium. Does not cross-react with Ang-1.

The immunogenic peptide sequence is 71% (15/21 amino acids) conserved in the human angiopoietin-2 protein. Does not cross-react with angiopoietin-1. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the optimal working dilution.
