CNS-11 is brain tissue penetrant alpha-synuclein ligand that potently disaggregate alpha-synuclein fibrils in vitro and in vivo models. CNS-11 inhibits intracellular seeding of a-synuclein fibrils in biosensor cells—HEK293T cells. C-11 reduces number of a-synuclein aggregates in C. elegans model.
