Hyaluronan synthase 1 (HAS1) is one of three enzymes, located at the plasma membrane, that synthesizes the glycosaminoglycan hyaluronan or hyaluronic acid (HA). Hyaluronan is involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, angiogenesis, and tumor development, among other cellular processes.
Specificity
This antibody recognizes the cytoplasmic domain of hyaluronan synthase 1.
Immunogen
Epitope: Cytoplasmic domain
KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to the cytoplasmic domain of human hyaluronan synthase 1.
Application
Anti-hyaluronan synthase 1 Antibody, clone 12A2.3 is a highly specific mouse monoclonal antibody, that targets Hyaluronan synthase 1 & has been tested in western blotting & IHC.
Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A 1:200 dilution from a representative lot detected hyaluronan synthase 1 in human ovarian cancer tissues.

Necroptosis is a lytic, inflammatory cell death pathway that is dysregulated in many human pathologies. The pathway is executed by a core machinery comprising the RIPK1 and RIPK3 kinases, which assemble into necrosomes in the cytoplasm, and the terminal effector
