General description

A major urinary metabolite of the benzodiazepine alprazolam. Alprazolam, commonly sold under the trade name Xanax®, is a short-acting anxiolytic approved to treat panic and other anxiety disorders including generalized or social anxiety disorder. This certified Snap-N-Spike® solution standard is suitable for use in LC/MS or GC/MS applications such as forensic analysis, clinical toxicology, urine drug testing, or pain prescription monitoring.

  • Application of chemometric approach for development and validation of high performance liquid chromatography method for estimation of ropinirole hydrochloride.: This study employs the LiChrospher® 100 RP-18 endcapped (5 µm) column for the estimation of ropinirole hydrochloride, showcasing its efficacy in the development of a robust HPLC method. The chemometric approach enhances method development and validation, demonstrating high precision and accuracy (Fatima et al., 2019).

  • Rapid, highly sensitive method for the determination of morphine and its metabolites in body fluids by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.: Utilizing the LiChrospher® 100 RP-18 endcapped (5 µm) column, this study develops a highly sensitive LC-MS method for detecting morphine and its metabolites in body fluids, underscoring the column′s capability in bioanalytical applications (Schänzle et al., 1999).
